The Korean fried chicken at Tongdak was awesome!!! The Korean fried chicken is cooked to order which made it fresh, crispy and delicious. The Chicken Sandwich was awesome. It had a good fried chicken to bun ratio with some good coleslaw. The fried chicken was just made perfectly. The sweet and spicy sauce was good as well. Probably the best fried chicken burger (Original Sandwich) I've ever had! The batter is well-seasoned, and light & crispy with the perfect crunch. The chicken was juicy & flavourful, and the homemade pickles were delicious. And the cheese balls were the perfect accompaniment. Crisp on the outside , and mochi-like soft chewy on the inside with gooey cheese - just a tad sweet, which is probably by design too. The CRISPIEST and JUICIEST sandwich I’ve ever had!! Got the garlic sandwich and the cheese balls (not pictured because I ate them too quickly- so yummy). Price is soo worth it! The service was amazing, the staff were really friendly and fun to talk with. Definitely will be coming back!! ☺️

This is my 4th time at Tongdak, I love it! Their tteokbokki tastes exactly like the ones I’ve had in Korea, I always get it without fail. David was great to talk to and made everything really well. Top 3 Korean fried chicken in Toronto hands down.

Jin was a sweetheart, he took our order over the phone because we were on our way and the place was shutting down in 30. The chicken was soooo good, the garlic mayo was excellent, and the fried garlic was 👌🏻 I will be coming back (repeatedly).
